The New York American Marketing Association Healthcare Marketing Shared Interest Group (NYAMA Healthcare SIG) is a group that offers those involved in healthcare marketing a chance to converse and exchange marketing best practices.
Discussions include industry trends, changes in marketing and business models, healthcare insurance, major diseases that effect the population, pharmaceutical product manufacturing, DTC products, global pharmaceutical sourcing, multicultural initiatives, distribution channels and new marketing strategies and media.
When the group expresses excitement upon a particular topic, we will open educational forums such as panels or roundtable discussions. These forums will be listed on the NYAMA website as well as member email lists and admission is open to the public. Attendee numbers range from approximately 20 to 100 people per event and pay a small admission charge (funds for the NYAMA).
